Swamy – children upto 14 years age are to be given free education – I am telling this as a lawyer having taught Constitution of India where the directive principle was made into a fundamental right in the year 2002. You can ask for education of your child as a right in any government schools – no need to beg for admission in any government schools. Please learn the law of the land (ignorentia juris non excusat)
