Vellukudi Krishnan swami thiruvadigale saranam.

Adiyen need suggestion for one of the ongoing confusion.
Hoping to serve Perumal choosing professional path joined one of the reputed NGO that spread Krishna Bhakti world wide.

Adiyen was hired saying adiyen was spiritually inclined but with no prior experience in that field.
They hired seeing adiyen hobby in perumal vishayam.
Now they’re saying they cannot train me as they have certain commitment within the Organisation.
And they’re offering a team change, that drastically changes adiyen job.

Adiyen doesn’t know what to do , to leave that Organization respecting my dignity or to stay their accepting their offerings.

Adiyen knew that there’s must be no expectations while doing kainkaryam in Perumal vishayam but other commitments in the family is there.

What to be done?
Please guide adiyen 🙏

Srimathe Ramanuja Namaha,

Dignity and Self respect matters everywhere. Stick with a place or service where you don’t loose your innate nobility. Or, if you have the ability to make a change or impact in a less dignified place, then you may be the chosen one to tame others. It depends how you self weigh yourself with Acharya Ramanuja’s grace.

Adiyen (ElayaAlwar) Srinivasa (Dhoddayacharyar) Dasan.

I guess the NGO is ISKCON.  In my opinion, nobody should go to the inner circle of any religious / spiritualistic organizations, as they are invariably spoiled by money in the form of donations and the rapport they develop with materialistically higher echelon people.  They are all shops, get what you want and come out.  This includes our Sri Vaishnava Madams also. Don’t try to have middlemen in the form of Acharyas, Gurus etc., to reach God.  Lord Krishna is the acharyan.  Implore Him to accept you as Sishya.  Chant His Name.  He will guide you throughout your life.
