Acharyan Thirumeni Rakshanam (Acharyas Health Protection)

Swami,

In Upanyasam, Devareer has said,

“Acharya Thirumeni Rakshanam, SHishyanin Kadamai,

Shishyanin Athma Ujjivanam, Acharyanin Kadamai”.

 

Vardhamana Upakara Acharyan surrenders ourselves Jeevathma to Lotus feet of Uddharaka Acharyan Ramanujar, and Swami with HIS Karunai Ullam grants Moksham and Nithya Kainkaryam for us in same birth.

Adiyen question is related to Vardhamana Upakaraka Acharyas Health, Thirumeni Rakshanam. Acharyas health sometimes becomes in difficult situation in this Smasaram “Novu Saathi kolkirar”.

 

Adiyen has heard two reasons for Acharyas health issue is due to:

1) Shishyas Paapam attacks Acharyans health, and Acharyan health deteriorates, Or,

2) Acharyan is so devoted in kainkaryam, and thinks Kainkaryam in this Samsaram itself is more than SriVaikuntam. Hence, Perumal gives Acharyan some health issue to divert Acharyas attention from Kainkaryam in this Samsaram, so Acharyan come back to Nithya Kainkaryam in SriVaikuntam. Like, Thirumalai AnathAzhwan Pillai Swami situation as seen in GuruParamparai.

<A) The case 2) is PErumal decision>

This is a dharma Sankatam situation for Shishyass as well, and Why does Acharyan needs to suffer health to go back to SriVaikuntam , when Acharyan is already doing Kainkaryam in this Samsaram joyfully. Please clarify Swami.

<B) The case1) is due to Shisyas act>

This is also a Dharma Sankatam Situation. Sometimes a Bhakta’s actions is like frog jumping 2 steps and falling back 3 steps in a well, so accumulation of Paapam persists, but Perumal gives some Punishment depending up on the intensity, like “Rajakumaranukku Kidaikkum Laghu DHandanai Pole”, since we are Sharanagathas on Acharyas Lotus feet”. Still, Acharyans health suffers sometimes, means, Acharyan is taking the burden of our Paapams.

So, Can EACH of the Shishyaas of the particular Acharya PAramparai, honestly ask Perumal to give their own respective Paapams back to ourselves that caused Acharyan Health issue, so Acharyas pain is releived. LIke Senior Shishyaas to newly joined Shisyass should ask PErumal their own paapams back. Is this something, that we can ask PErumal directly, or Acharyan have to approve before we ask Perumal. Please clarify Swami. Can this also be considered as Acharyan Thirumeni Rakshanam.

<C) Why Samsaram needs to be considered as Goram when Perumal/SriKrishna is the one who gives us Punishment for our mistakes. It should also be considered as one way of BhagavAt Anubhavam>

 

The reason why adiyen ask this question is, many fear about Perumal Dhandanai (Punishment). Adiyen feel, before Prapatti, for any mistakes that we do, Perumal punishes either in Hell or in Same janma in Bhoomi depending up on the intensity of crime. But, we were not aware who is punishing us. But after Prapatti, we know, Perumal is the one who gives punishmnet for our mistakes. SO, isn’t it getting Punishment from Perumal should also be considered as ‘BhagavAt AnubhavAm’, Since in SriVaikuntam, it is Suddha SatvaMayam (No Rajas/Tamas) and we don’t make mistakes and hence we cannot enjoy Perumal’s THIS PARTICULAR kalyana Gunam “Nigrahamum Anugrahatthin Seikaye (Punishment is Blessing in Disguise)“. We can enjoy this particular Kalyana Gunam, only in this Samsaram. SO why does Alwar and Acharyas says, this Samsaram is goram/dangerous.

  • Samsaram is goram, only if we don’t want to enjoy Perumal’s Kalyana Gunam “Nigrahamum Anugrahatthin Seikayye”.
  • Samsaram is Sweet, if we want to enjoy Perumal’s Kalyana Gunam “Nigrahamum Anugrahatthin Seikayye.

[Swami,

adiyen intention is not tell, we need to make mistakes knowingly, so we can enjoy Perumal/SriKrishna’s Kalyana gunam ‘Nigrahamum Anugrahatthin Seikeyye’ in this Samsaram which is not available in SriVaikuntam. Is this thought process correct or wrong is the question. Is this something Acharyas have debated in the past.]

Please clarify adiyen thoughts Swami and provide Anugraham.

Adiyen question is more about: “Can we ask Perumal directly or do we need Acharyan Approval to get Acharyan Novu to us”.

 

The reason is, All Bhaktas either Brahmin, or Shatriyan or Vaishyan or Non-Brahmin after Prapatti becomes “Prapanna Kulam” and no more called them based on their Poorva Prapatti Kulam status except identifying them based on their Varnas to do distribute kainkaryam only based on their capacity. Acharyan is Karunai ullam and doesn’t prefer Shisyas to suffer by giving their Novu to Shishyas. SO, there should have been a extensive COMPULSION from Shishyas to get Acharyan Novu to themselves, without which Achryan wouldnot give their Novu. IF we can ask Perumal directly, then most SHishyas would also get Acharyans Novu without Acharyans permission. But, we don’t see many examples in real life.

Like, MaaraNeri Nambhi is a great BhagavAta who got Avalandar Swami’s Novu. Why did Periya Nambhi Swami (Brahmin), ThiruKozhtiyoor Nambhi (Brahmin), ThiruKatchi Nambi Swami (Vaishyan), who were also Shishyas of Swami Alavandar didnot get Alavandar Swami’s Novu. Is it due to MaaraNeri Swami’s COMPULSION, MaaraNEri Nambhi would have got it. So why did other Shisyas of other VArnas didnot request Achryans Novu.

So adiyen Question B) is split into two now,

B-1): Why Shishyas either of Brahmin, or Shatriyan or Vaishyan or Non-Brahmin varnas NOT asking Acharyans Novu, and we don’t see many examples like that except in GuruParamparai except MaaraNeri Nambhi (non-brahmin varna) & MaaraNayanaar (non-brahmin Varna) asking their Acharyan’s Novu. Does it mean that the Shisyas of 1st three VArnas don’t have much Kritakjyatha (Grattitude/Affection) to their Acharyan, or is it just a mere coincidance in Acharya GuruParamparai that we don’t see such examples.

B-2) This intial question is independent of Varnas. “Can we ask Perumal directly? or do we need Acharyan Approval to get Acharyan Novu to us?”. If Yes, Can each Shishyas irrespective of their Varnas ask PErumal Acharyan Novu.

[Adiyen feel, Acharyan carrying a log of 20 woods himself and crossing a river is PAinful, but 20 SHishyas carrying one log each is easy and each of them will not also feel pain that much, rather than one SHishya getting the whole pain. If one Shishya suffers, that is also a Dharma Sankatam for their Athma Bandhus and other Shishyas. So WHich is better?

If Perumal gives adiyen, for a fraction of a second to be as Perumal himslef, then Adiyen will ORDER the below situation a) and come back to JeevAThma posting.

a) Adiyen believe, since Acharyan willnot agree to get HIS Novu due to their karunai Ullam, EACH ONE of the Shishyas should ask PErumal/UdayavAr directly, and get their own Acharyans Pain distributed among all the SHishyas of all varnas, so Acharyan Pain is relieved and the intensity of pain will be minor to all, instead of the extensive pain that Acharyan is feeling by himself like the log example, or One Shishya getting the whole pain when others don’t ask for it..

b) Also Pray on UdayavAr ThiruvAdi to releive Acharyas Novu“.
