தீபாவளி திருநாள் கொண்டாட்டதிற்காக தாங்கள் தங்கள் பெற்றோர், துணைவி, பிள்ளைகள் மற்றும் பலருக்கு அன்பளிப்பாக சில பொருட்களை அளிக்கலாம். அவர்கள் தங்களை பாராட்ட வேண்டும் என்பதா நோக்கம்? இல்லையே! அவர்கள் ஆனந்த படுவதை காண்பதே தங்கள் நோக்கம். அவர்கல் ஆனந்தமே தங்கள் ஆனந்தம். அதுவே தங்களுக்கு  உந்துதல்!.

Yes, the very need to be in the centre of attention decides if we are here or in Vaikunta.(All of us here have this problem (except acharayaas) in varying degrees)

Another two angles for the same question, answer is same as above but in a different perspective.

1. A devotee’s encouragement is Perumaal has given the opportunity to serve and also has given the intelligence and strength to do the service. So being able to do the service is itself a means of encouragement. ( Seeing pleasure of the Lord is a higher degree of devotion though)
2. Our legs walk, hands feed us, but very rarely do we admire the hands or legs.. but when they cooperate with the body, the legs and hands become healthy and nourished. Similarly, by service to Lord, the soul becomes nourished and satisfied.

But given the above (that a devotee does not expect anything other than service) , it is not that there will no personal exchanges, there will be perhaps, but not sure of the details at this stage. (because even in aracha avataram, He is reciprocating so actively.:)-.)

@கம்பன்தாசன் சுவாமி, அடியேன் கேட்டது “என் சந்தோஷம், என் திருப்தி” என்ற நோக்கத்தில் அல்ல. நாம் செய்யும் கைங்கர்யம் பகவானின் ப்ரீத்திகாக எனும்போது, அவர் ப்ரீத்தி அடைகிறார் என்பதை தெரிந்து கொள்ள வேண்டும் என்பதில் தவறில்லையே?

இந்த லோகத்தில், நாம் அர்சாவதார பெருமாளுக்கு கைங்கரியத்தில் ஈடுபடும்போது, அவர் திருப்தி அடைந்தார் என அனுமானமே கொள்ள முடிகிறது.

ஆனால், ஸ்ரீ வைகுண்டத்தில் பெருமாளுக்கு நேரே கைங்கரியத்தில் ஈடுபடும்போது, அவர் நம் கைங்கர்யத்தை ஏற்றுக்கொண்டார் என்று நமக்கு அவரின் ஆனந்தனின் மூலம் உணர்த்த, அந்த ஆனந்த்தை நாம் அனுபவிக்க வேண்டும் என்று நினைப்பதில் என்ன தவறு?

“அளியன் நம் பையல்” என்று பெருமாள் கூற வேண்டும் என்று தானே தொண்டரடிப்பொடியாழ்வாரும் ஆசைப்பட்டார்?

இந்த லோகத்தில் சுகம், துக்கம் மாறி, மாறி வருகிறது, அதனால் அந்த லோகம் செல்ல வேண்டும் என்று நினைப்பதை விட, இந்த லோகத்தில் பகவானுக்கு தடையின்றி கைங்கரியத்தில் ஈடுபட முடியாது அது அங்கே பரிபூரணமாக கிடைக்கிறதே என்ற ஆசையை அடிப்படையாகக் கொண்டு அங்கே செல்ல விழைவது தானே சரியான காரணமாக இருக்க வேண்டும்?

‘இன்னது தவறு’ என்று அடியேன் எதையும் குறிப்பிடவில்லையே! உண்மையில் அப்படி ஒரு எண்ணமும் இல்லை. என்னை அறியாமல் தங்களுக்கு அப்படி படும்படியாக எழுதியதற்க்கு மன்னிக்கவும்.

கோப்பியர் ஒவ்வொருவரும் கண்ணன் தன்னுடன் ஆடி ஆனந்தப்படுவதை கண்டு ஆனந்தபடவேண்டும் என்று ஆசைபடுகின்றனர்.  நமக்கும் அப்படி ஆசை இருப்பது தவறெப்படியாகும்? 

“அடியேன் வைகுந்ததிற்கு வந்தால் அடியேன் ஏதோ பெரிய பக்தன் என்று கருதுவர்; ஆனால் இங்கு திருவரங்கத்தில் இருந்தால் அடியேன் நீசன் என்று அறிந்து அடியார்கள் அடியேனுக்கு விஷேச கருணை காட்டுவர்” என்று ஆழ்வார் சொல்வதாக கேட்ட நியாபகம். (if you know the exact context, please share. Thank you.). ஆதாலால், நாமும் அடியார்களிடம் இருந்தும் பகவானிடம் இருந்தும் விஷேச கருணை எதிர் பார்ப்பதில் தவறு இல்லை என்று தோன்றுகிறது.  

அடியேன் சொல்ல முயன்றது, பகவான் கோடான கோடி மடங்கு கோடி ஜீவன்களுடனும் நம் தேவை அறிந்து reciprocate செய்ய கூடியவரே.

அடியேன் தங்கள் கேள்வி “பெருமாள் நமக்கு reciprocate பண்ணுவாரா?’ என்று புரிந்து கொண்டமையால், “ஆம் நிச்சயம் பண்ணுவார்” என்று பதிலளிக்க முயன்றேன். But His reciprocation comes in mutitude of ways, some direct and some indirect.

When He appreciates the squirrel, is that reciprocation only for the squirrel? No! every varam will feel “Perumal is paying attention to the smallest amongst us; He is definitely paying attention to my service too”. When we make a garland, and the garland looks beautiful upon Him, that beauty is a reciprocation and encouragement for us.

Among all His mutitude ways of reciprocationஸ். the top most is when He engages us further in the service through His devotees. நம்மை அளியனென்று அருளி தன் அடியாருக்கு ஆட்படுத்துவார். அதுவே மேலான reciprocation என்பது அடியேனின் புரிதல்.

Regarding reciprocation from the arca avatarams, my understanding is, since arca avataram are shaakshaat Perumal Himself, His reciprocation is no less in this form compared to His reciprocation in the form He manifests in Vaikuntha. The Arca avataram are also reciprocating continuously with us in multitude of ways. One of my most endearing experience was, once I went to an ancient Narasimma-Perumal temple. It was late in the evening and all I could get at that time was a palm length of strung-jasmine (உள்ளங்கை நீளமே உள்ள தொடுத்த மல்லிகை).  I was wondering how to offer such small amount of flower to the large Deity. When I offered it to the arcagar, he immediately placed it directly on Thayar residing in Perual’s chest. The size of the flower was exactly right! Such a benevolent reciprocation from Perumal to an utterly undeserved person!

Like Vikramaditya swamy shared, several times we can feel Perumal’s smile; it can be a plesant fatherly smile, or it can be a நமட்டு சிரிப்பு (பண்ற தப்பெல்லாம் பண்ணிட்டு இப்பொ இங்க என்னை பாக்க வந்தியா?” என்பது போல்! Or, if we have commited serious mistake His face clearly shows that. But, if we first see Thayar, seek explicit forgiveness and then go to Him, His expression of displeasure is milder.

When we are sincerely praying for something, He assures us by dropping a flower; or sometimes the arcagar swamy comes and says something out of the blue, which only we can know is a message from Perumal. The arcagar himself may be thinking it is a casual conversation.

I am sure each one of us will have so much to share on how the arca avararam has reciprocated with us on different occassions. I feel, He is continuously reciprocating; we are sensitive to HIs reciprocations only some of the times.

On a side note, Vikram swamy not sure why Perumaal smiled, there could be many reasons.

But this period mid Nov to end of Dec is indicated (astrologically) as a touch challenge for humanity (may be this virus or some other challenge)   in general, not sure which countries specifically. (Things will become normal from March or april 2021) Let’s be cautious, exercise well, have a healthy lifestyle and more importantly lets do Prayers and paarayanams, this is much needed. Hope each one of us can contribute our part towards positive vibrations

Namaskaram, Nice question and Many of us will get this question in our spiritual journey. My humble opinion Bhagwan resides inside everyone of us – separately as Anataryami and as Krishna, HE dances with every Gopika separately to show he is there for everyone . In my experience he loves us much much more than what we can imagine. If he can do this in this material world, It can’t be something lower in Vaikuntam. HE would bless us with much more by all means in Vaikuntam is what I believe. Swami in his discourses has shared that we can serve Him beyond any boundaries in Vaikuntam , so this boundary should also not exist there. I beg your pardon if I have stated anything inappropriate.

@ntgk swami, adiyen would like to share, Krishna along with Balarama  when entered the Malayudha contest against Mushtika and Chanura, at that time, krishna displayed himself differently to different set of people out there witnessing the contest as in, TO the Mathura Girls he displayed himself as a charming, muscular, sportsmen, To the old Ladies, as a subtle young kid, To Kamsa and Mushtika and Chanura as Yaman…. so it is  very well evident, Bhagwan is Antaryami and he very well knows of what to display and when, so the question of Personal attention to his Adiyars could differ as per the required circumstances, but yes, can certainly be felt.
