துக்கத்துக்கு எல்லை = சம்சாரம்
இரண்டும் இல்லாமை அசித்துக்கு சமமாக இருந்தால் ஆனந்தம் அடைய முடியாது
ஈஸ்வரன் க்ருபையினால் சம்சாரம் கிடைக்க பெற்றது என்று சாதித்தபடி

BhagavAts understanding on 1st portion is correct.
சுகத்துக்கு எல்லை = மோக்ஷம் (Border of Happiness = Moksham ‘Nithya Vibhoothi/SriVaikuntam’)
துக்கத்துக்கு எல்லை = சம்சாரம் (Border of Miseries = Samsaram ‘Leela Vibhoothi’, We all including Devatas Brahma, Shiva etc…presently reside here)
For the 2nd portion ஈஸ்வரன் க்ருபையினால் சம்சாரம் கிடைக்க பெற்றது என்று சாதித்தபடி
Here what Swami mean by சம்சாரம் (Samsaram) is “MAnushya Shareeram (Prakrutha Body),”. We all are BhaddAthmas (JeevAthmas covered with Avidhya/Karmas) and are ALWAYS in Samsaram (birth-death-rebirth cycle & never been in SriVaikuntam/Moksham). If we were in Moksham before, then how come we can be here in Samsaram again. It never happens.
So how can we get Samsaram again with BhagavAn Krupai as “ஈஸ்வரன் க்ருபையினால் சம்சாரம் கிடைக்க பெற்றது என்று சாதித்தபடி”. Hence, the meaning of the sentence to be understood as, “We have always been in Samsaram due to our Anaadhikaala karmas, and due to BhagvAn Krupai, He gave us the Manushya Shareeram, which is the meaning of ‘Samsaram’ in this sentence. So that we (BhaddAthmas) could utilize our Jeeva Swathanthriyan (Independently dependent on BhagavAn) using the body as a Tool (Karuvi) to Plead to BhagavAn to shower HIS NirHedhukai Krupai (Causeless Mercy) by accepting that we are ONLY HIS property. We never pleased this way in previous birth, so we got this birth, which is the meaning of துக்கத்துக்கு எல்லை = சம்சாரம் (Border of Miseries = Samsaram ‘Leela Vibhoothi’)
So, ஈஸ்வரன் க்ருபையினால் சம்சாரம் (Manushya Shareeram) கிடைக்க பெற்றது என்று சாதித்தபடி is the actual meaning of this sentence which is actually a boon given to us by BhagavAn to plead as above in this Birth, so that we don’t take next birth and enjoy the Permanent happiness as சுகத்துக்கு எல்லை = மோக்ஷம் (Border of Happiness = Moksham ‘Nithya Vibhoothi/SriVaikuntam’).
