Swamy, even some people say lord shiva’s kailash is the mountain which is near to manasoravar lake in tibet. But some people say, kailash mountain is present in sathya lokam. Which is true ??

Meru mountain is of height 1lakh yojanas (1 yojana = 10 miles approx.) Which is the center of Bhu Mandalas which is surrounded by concentric deweepas and oceans.

Our Earth Bhoomi is only a small entity in the Jambhu dweepa which is the first one closer to Meru Mountain.

 “Bhu Lokam and Bhoomi (Earth)” are not same.

We think the continents/oceans inside the earth are ones mentioned in Srimadh Bhagavatam as dweepa/oceans. It is not. They are of bigger size.

All countries India, USA etc. are all Bharata Kandam, not just India.

It’s is true Bhu Lokam us center of the Round shape Andam which consists of total 14 lokas, but this Bhu Lokam is like a “SECTION CUT” of a Apple. We live in Bhoomi (Earth) which is round which inturn inside this Bhu Lokam.

The Width size (linear XY plane distance end to end) of Bhu lokam is 50 crore Yojanai = 500 crore miles.

Total height of Bhu lokam is 1 lakh Yojanas = 10 lakh miles, same as height of Meru mountain

1 yojanai =10 miles.

Bhoomi/Earth is only 7926 miles in diameter approx even as per science).

Jambhu Dweepam which is 1 lakh yoyanai (10 lakh miles) in height around which there are 9 conitents, of which Bharata Kande (9000 yojanas wide/ 90,000 miles wide) is one of the continent inside which the WHOLE Bhoomi (Earth) 7926miles wide is present. So, all countries inside this Bhoomi is BHarata Kande, since Bhoomi itself is inside the Bharata Kande.

Below is the Andam with 14 lokas and center is Bhu loka as above description inside which is Jambu Dweepa inside which is Bharata kande inside which is Bhoomi. The center of the Bhu loka is Meru mountain.

Some of my relatives living in the U.S., use the term ‘krauncha dwipam’ to refer to the U.S., while during sankalpam basis their vAdhyAr swami’s advice.

It now looks like this is an incorrect practice.
