Swamy,
What’s the difference between Mishra sattvam and Shudda sattvam?
Why SanyAsis should be devoid of Mishra Sattvam?

How can sattva gunam be a hindrance to spiritual progression?

Adiyen Ramanuja Dasan.

Per my limited understanding and knowledge:

Mishra Satvam – Satva Guna is mixed with Rajo and Thamo Gunas. Exists in Leela Vibuthi.
Suddha Satvam – Pure Satva Guna with no mix of the other two. Exists only in Nithya Vibuthi.

Mishra Satva- Leela Vibhuti- Karma Vasanai- Mix of (Satva, rajas , Tamas)

Shudha Satva – Nitya Vibhuti -Akarma Vashya – Gunatit Atma Original Self
