Sukhar seeing everything as Brahmam means seeing everything as shariram of Brahmam. He always had the gnana that all jivatmas and even achit are Bhagavan’s shariram. Avar anaithayum thanaku samamaaga paarpar. Endo oru verupadum/yetra thaazhvum indry anaivarayum Bhagavanakku shariramaagave paarpaar.

It is not because of Advaita Gnanam but actually Vishitadvaita which says this entire universe including chit and achit are Bhagavan’s shariram. Ofcourse he understood he was different from Parikshit as both were different Jivatmas but both were shariram to Bhagavan.
If everything was seen as Brahmam from an Advaidic point of view, ofcourse it will not make sense for Sukhar to narrate Srimad Bhagavatham to Parikshit. Srimad Bhagavatham glorifies Bhagavan’s avatars and most importantly Krishna Avatar. Why will an Advaity teach about Brahmam with form, gunas, his play times etc ?

I think only Sri Velukkudi Swami or who has heard the answer from Swami’s Upanyasam or from preceptors of Sri VishitaAdvaitham should answer instead of speculation, since SriVaishnavism core foundation is PRAMAANAM (original source of answer).
If sukhar who is a maha gnaani can have this anubhavam/realization, can Bhagavan not do this ? Why did he have to open his mouth and utter 700 verses ? Bhagavan being a sathya sankalpan, by his mere sankalpam could have imbibed the gnaana to Arjuna. But he chose to do it the other way.
Milk (Bhagavatham/ Gita) was not only for calf (Parikshit / Arjuna). Parikshit / Arjuna are only means/tool to let out these great shastras. It is for our benefit that Bhagavan gives these shastras.
