Srimate Ramanujaya nama:

Its evident in our sidhantham that asthithvam of paramatma is established only through vedas. Vedas act as ultimate pramanam. Alongside it is said that the Vedas are given by Paramatma himself for upliftment of samsari jeevas. Vedas are said to be anadi, anantha, apaurusheyam and paramatma revels it during every shristi!

This case interlocks paramatma and vedas together- The pramanam given by Paramatma propounds asthitvam of same paramatma. Then how vedas are attributed as standalone pramanam?

Adiyen’s motive is only to know more on these subjects and not otherwise. Pl do throw some light on these swamy.

Srimate Ramanujaye Namaha,

Swami one possible Definition of Paramatama is He who is Supreme and is responsible for the entire cycle of creation, maintenance and destruction.

So whatever pramaanam we take is dependent on Him, we cannot create any pramaanam without Paramatama.

For example if we use pratyaksam or anumaanam as pramaanam , even then we are using the resources invested by paramatma to us in the form of senses and intelligence.

So there can be no standalone pramaanam .. all cit and acit are dependent on paramatama.

But since Paramatma is a friend and well wisher of all souls, it is Ok to take the pramanaam given by paramatma in the form of vedas. But those who dont have that faith until then will not accept vedas.

So yes there is interdependency, but it is a reality and cannot be avoided.

For example, if someone asks our name and if we say it, they cannot say that you yourself cannot say your name.. so OK we can ask our parents or so to say so.. but in Paramtma’s case he is the creator and Supreme being, so  we cannot expect a standalone beyond Him.

This is what i could think of based on what you have asked. If anything is not appropriate Kshamikka pratikiraen.
