Two parallel happenings in Jagatacharyar’s life

Dear Swamiji,

I have read somewhere about two different happenings in Sri Ramanujacarya’s life which are very similar in their nature.

First happening:

Acharyan’s visit to Anantapuri Sri Padmanabhaswamy Temple. Describing the importance of pancaratra agama worship and requesting the local brahmanas (Nambudiris) to adopt it. While declining acharyan’s request, I understand that the temple priests (in association local chieftains) plotted a conspiracy also to decimate acharyan.

Bhagawan himself rescued Acharyan the same night and safely shifted him to Thirukkurungudi. Bhagawan consoles Acharyan that he doesn’t need to change the local custom followed in the temple.

Second happening:

A very similar event with the only change being Puri Jagannath Temple. Bhagawan rescued Acharyan and shifting him to a place called Sri Kurmam in A.P.

I’m sorry, I don’t know if I’ve recorded the events correctly. Please correct me if I was wrong.

But do earliest authoritative biographies of Sri Ramanujacarya talk about both the events or is it like only one of it is true?

Regards,

Srivats

Both are true and find a place in old texts even.
