Thought Siddhar associated with lord Shiva but this pAsuram points to Ranganathar

ஏதம் இல் தண்ணுமை எக்கம் மத்தளி
யாழ் குழல் முழவமோடு இசை திசை கெழுமி
கீதங்கள் பாடினர் கின்னரர் கெருடர்கள்
கெந்தருவர் அவர் கங்குலுள் எல்லாம்
மாதவர் வானவர் சாரணர் இயக்கர்
சித்தரும் மயங்கினர் திருவடி தொழுவான்
ஆதலில் அவர்க்கு நாள்-ஓலக்கம் அருள
அரங்கத்தம்மா பள்ளி எழுந்தருளாயே. (9)

Aazhwaar: (proper noun) The 12 great devotees of Lord Vishnu who have sung the Divyaprabandam songs. 

aazhwaar: (common noun) All those who have deep devotion to their object of devotion

Sidhdhar: (proper noun) Those who have perfected their life through devotion to Lord Siva

siddhar: (common noun) All those who have seen some kind of perfection in life, e.g. by attaining one ore more of the 8 sidhdhiis

In this pasuram, the word sidhdhar could be considered as a common noun; or, even if it is considered as a proper noun, it means ‘those who are deeply devoted to Lord Shiva, even they are mesmerized to see Lord Ranganatha in that early morning gathering.’

 

Both these answers are based on my understanding of Tamil. I have not heard this specific explanation from any acharya.
