Swamy, Namaskaram.

Whether the photo of a deceased prapannan can be kept in puja room (not in line with perumal’s photo), presuming that he / she has reached paramapadam. This query is w.r.to my grand mother (mother’s mother) who had pancha samskaram and left earth about 25 years back.

adiyen have Acharyans photo in our koil azhwar along with udayavar vigraham and paintings of all alwar acharyaas

adiyen’s understanding of koil azhwar is to be an exclusive puja mandapam / box in the puja room and not the puja room itself. My understanding is that only perumal will be kept inside a koil azhwar and others kept outside the koil azhwar but inside the puja room.

Indicate, if I am wrong.

Yes koil Azhwar the shaligrama thirumeni should be kept in seperate box inside Puja room.

Amudhu seidhal is equally important.

Adiyen also have Acharyan photo. Acharya sampandham is different from regular blood relations. Even for vigraham there are restrictions.

Even Ramanuja is Acharyan.
