If Adiyean is allowed to share my understanding, here is the reply:
To your first question on 4 sambrathayam:
Sriman Narayanane ParapBrahmam and HE is the only Creator and the OWNER of the entire universes of universes- Antakodi Kadahams etc.., we are all HIS Sareeram. Hence only HE can help the Chith and Achit Aathmas to attain HIS LOTUS FEET or Sri Vaikuntham or Mukthi.
So… the one who follows HIM and realise HIM as mentioned above can reach HIM through the Aacharyars who are ABLE to lead us to HIM and closely connected to/with HIM .
In that way, the one and only Aacharya,Bhaghawat Ramanuja (JaghathaAcharya), who is owning both this Leela Vibhoothi AND Nithya Viboothi can lead one to to the Parapbrahmam or Sriman Narayanan – our Parama Pitha/JaganMathaa.
As we are all aware that Bhaghawat Ramanuja has the POWER and Authority to lead/guide to reach Baghawan’s lotus feet those who follow him.
Of course, Baghawan also directly takes to HIM those whom HE loves much due to their Bhakthi or Premam – like those Goopikas, Bhaghta Meera, Bhaktha Thukaram or for that matter Achith Mann Paanda Kudam (mud pot)wherein HE hid himself. Probably, these Punya Aathmaas had been involved in Vishnu Bhakthi in some way throughout their past Jenmaas.
To your 2nd query, Adiyean refers to Srimath Bhaghavatham 2nd AthyaAyam 19th and 76th slogams:
It takes many Janmaas for an Aathman to come to the state where he started to realise the above. Kenopanishad (heard from Swamigal’s pravachanam) says that it is also Bhawan’s sankalpam that lead one Aatham to this state based on the Aathma’s continuous good deeds.
Baghawan is eagerly waiting for HIS children to reach HIM and that’s why HE is always lending us HIS Lotus feet and Hands so that we grab THEM as and we realise the state.
