Srimathe Rangaramanuja Mahadesikaya Namaha

Adiyen see many religions refer verse number etc to establish the credibility of their proof.

In our system though we rely more on the words “what is being said” than “where it is said”.

Eg: avajAnanthi maaMudA: in Bhagavath Gita “Fools don’t know me says Krishna”. Charama Shlokam “Maamekam Sharanam vrajA”.

Is it important to refer Shlokam number of Gita verse or vedic statements?

When we say “there is a story in pAdma purAnA” usually we focus on the story not the reference number of shloka like 300th verse etc. This includes the great epic Ramayana & Mahabharatham.

Please explain Swami

Yesterday adiyen learnt new Shlokam in Andavan Ashramam

“anyaThA Sharanam nAsthi tvamEva Sharanam mama
KArunya BhAvEna Raksha Raksha janArdhana”

This was recited when tirumailai appa swamy was put to yOga Nidra (sleep).

I am going to teach this to my baby. How about you?

Hare Krishna! Dandavat Pranam Swami!

In Adiyen’s experience, that helps refer ‘related’ slokas in that chapter/skanda based on the interest level. Slokas are related to each other (referencing back & forth, mean by content) and the chapter/skanda has the ‘bigger context’ in which the sloka is delivered.

Sri Ramanuja Munaye Namaha,

Super Baktha. Sariyaana slokam.

“anyaThA Sharanam nAsthi tvamEva Sharanam mama tasmAth
KArunya BhAvEna Raksha Raksha janArdhana”.

Adhu dhan “AnanyaGathitvAm” as Swami Vedanta Desikar says and “AnanyarGatvam” as Swami Pillai LokaCharyar says.

BhagavAn Sriman Narayanaraey (SriKrishna), un Thiruvadigakai thavira, “veru yethuvum” adiyenukku Thanjam kidayadhu. JanArdhana “SriKrishna”, neeye Yennudaya Paapangalil irundhu yennai rakshippayaga.

Ananya Sharanam nasti :
No surrender to demi-gods.

TvamEva Sharanam Mama:
Surrender only on to ME.

This is the true meaning of “UNCONDITIONAL SURRENDER”. Falling into ThiruvAdi “Lotus Feet” of SriKrishna ONLY.

Andha Lotus Feet Yenga Irukku?. Where to find the Lotus Feet. That Lotus feet is the Acharya “GURUPARAMPARAI [Thayar-Perumal-Alwar-Emperumanaar-Jeeyar-Acharyar Thiruvadigalaey Sharanam]”.

When one falls onto Lotus feet of SriKrishna saying as “Unconditional Surrender” and still continues to pray other Demi-Gods, then it means, namakku SrKrishna Thiruvadi melaey “Maha Vishwasam (Apaara Nambhikkai)” kidayadhunnu artham. Appuram SriKrishnar vilagi iruppar, since SRIKRISHNA IS VERY POSSESSIVE HUSBAND. HE doesn’t like we JeevaAthma which is PROPERTY of SriKrishna’s Sotthu, going SOMEWHERE else for help. “Yeppa namma intha “MahaVishwasam”thodu thirumbha varugiromo, appozhudhu irundhu dhaan nammalai kaapaathuvaar.

Demi-gods naalaey Nammudaya “Paapathaiyum-Punyathayum” pokka mudiyadhu, Yean yendhral avargalukkaey “Paapangal” irukku. Nammalai maadhiri avargalum “Oru JeevaAthma” dhaan, intha Samsarathilaey “Paapa-Punya”thukku kattu pattu ‘kashta’ padukiraargal. Yeppadi intha Brahma padhavi, Shivan padhavi, Indra padhavi,……..Ithulaey irundhu Meezhndhu (escape)’aagi, nammalum oru naal “Moksham ‘SriVaikuntam’ poyi “Ninthya Aanandham” anubhavippomo yendru thavikkiraargal.

So, the slokam that Baktha shared is “ULTIMATE”, applicable to all Jeevathmas residing in ordinary Human bodies like us or residing in Hi-fi Deva bodies like Brahma body, Shiva body, Indra body etc…….. Still all are BaddhaAthmas present in this Samsaram, waiting to get released with Janardhanan blessings, so we could become as “MukthaAthmas” from present state as “BaddhaAthmas”.

Super slokam.

“anyaThA Sharanam nAsthi tvamEva Sharanam mama tasmAth
KArunya BhAvEna Raksha Raksha janArdhana”.

BhagavAn Sriman Narayana, UN Thiruvadigalaey UPAYAM. Andha Thiruvaduyaey nammudaya
Acharya “GURUPARAMPARAI [Thayar-Perumal-Alwar-Emperumanaar-Jeeyar-Acharyar Thiruvadigalaey Sharanam]”.

Adiyaargal Vazhi Arangaragar Vaazha……

Sri Velukkudi Krishnan Swami ThiruvAdigalaey Thanjam,
Acharyan ThiruvAdigalaey Sharanam,
Uyya Oraey Vazhi UdayavAr ThiruvAdi
