Adiyen in the past on 08-Jun’2018, posted “Health Tips for body to do Kainkaryam Till we reach SriVaikuntam with Acharya Krupai“, where adiyen mentioned the statement from Devareer’s many past Upanyasams as below:

Nandri Swami, for Devareer re-instating again in EnPani 1400 “உடல் ஆரோக்யத்திற்கு வேண்டிய பார்வை” .

Adiyen shared in the above link on how EASILY one can control the Pancha Bhootam on our body, like:

– Food (Earth Element / Mann Shakthi),

– Drinking water (Water Element / Neer Shakthi),

– Sleep & Rest (Space/Vaccum element / Aagayam Shakthi),

– Breathing Air (Air Element / Kaatru Shakthi)

– Work-out Excercise (Fire Element / Neruppu Shakthi),

 

Controlling all these can be done at Free of cost by oursleves in our day to to day activities, JUST WILLINGNESS IS NEEDED and NO SPECIAL YOGIC NATURE IS NEEDED, since many ordinary persons are following these SIMPLE DOABLE STEPS methods and stay healthy though their purpose could be different.

 

However, Adiyen’s only concern is, when Vaidhehaas (Devotees) don’t follow these simple doable steps, then they get diseases easily, and ignorantly consider it is their own Karmas, then other devotees who follow these simple Doable steps feel sad about other devotees ignorant Talk who get affected by diseases. It should be considered due to our own Aagami karma (further action), but cannot be accounted to the Praratbhta karma.

 

WHen Acharys or Vaidheehas get some diseases, then they are HONORED by saying as “Novu Saatthuvadhu“, which is a good term, but now-a-days, the cost of Novu Satthuvadu (Paying Hospital Bills) cannot be beared by any Vaidhehaas. And also, the focus on BhagavAt Kainkaryam will reduce due to bad health. So, it becomes a sad story, though Shisyas or other devotees support other Vaidheehas or Acharyas.

 

But when Acharyas or Senior Vaidhehaas health is affected, there are some Senior Vaidheehas who has Varattu Gyanam (Dry Knowledge without karunai), they call it out immediately as “it is Shisyaas Paapams are accounted to Acharyas“, which reflects NO Karunai in those Vaidheehas talks, since when there is a known reason (not following the above doable steps), it will be seen as a cover up to hide their own mistakes. So the present Senior Vaidheehas have to follow as much as possible to see the effects on Health, because any ordianry person who follows these simple methods as mentioned in the above link, will not have an appealing mind when they hear Vaidhehas stating a different reason, when visually, we can see what mistakes they are doing, by not following the “WHEN to EAT & HOW to EAT method”.

 

There can be a Non-devotee who follows these steps in the abve link Knowlingly or Unknowlngily and keeps this health in good condition, but when they later become a Sharanagathan, they continue following these “HOW to EAT & WHEN to EAT” method inaddition to Acharyas method of “WHAT to EAT“, then they are healthy and do kainkaryams.

 

As an example,

Case1: One cooks in Viraghu Aduppu and clay vessels, and cooks Satvik vegetabeles/grains etc

Case 2: One cooks in Viraghu Aduppu and clay vessels, but makes Coffee to drink in morning, then drink after food, almost 4 ot 5 dosages in a day.

Case 3: One who uses Electirc stove or gas stove and steel vessels, but never drink coffee at all in their life.

Case4: One who uses Electirc stove or gas stove and steel vessels, and makes Coffee to drink in morning, then drink after food, almost 4 ot 5 dosages in a day.

 

Case 3 Person body (electric stove cooking with no coffee drinking) is healthier than the Case 2 Person body (Viraghu aduppu with Cofee drinking), though Viragu aduppu is not used, since it is not about “How it is being cooked“, it is about ‘What is being” input to our body, though Viragu aduppu has its own benefits for healthy cooking, its Benefits Gets NULLIFIED by WAHT is BEING COOKED in it, like the Coffee.

 

Adiyen picked COffee as an example, since it has the HIGH INTENSITY of MAKING ONE TIRED FASTER and FATIGUE and DRAINS ones own Praana Shakthi, which results in LONG TERM INternal Body’s MEMORY SUPPRESSION and further helps in developing CANCER due to our ignorance. Adiyen will post separate posting on How Coffee develops Cancer in ones body who wants to leave their body sooner, and becomes a road-block for Kainkaryam or even when they do yatra, they become tired easily.

 

So the hierarchy of the heatly body in these cases are:

Case 1 > Case 3 > Case 2 > Case 4.

So, we should avoid Case2 & Case4 situation MANDATORY, if we are worried about health for Kainakryams or even anything, and follow Case1 if all objects are available and feasible to do, or follow the Case3 depending up once feasibility, whcih is healtheir than.

 

Most devotees fall in Case 2 or Case 4 situations and end up in Hopsital after some period.

THe reason why adiyen is posting these are due to the facts that, Internal body Diseases /Suffering (AathyAtmikam) are due to our own mistakes, which cannot become a fun factor for others to watch out.

 

So, Adiyen has A HUMBLE Request to Devareer & All BhagavAtAs to help Follow and Feel the experience the below link Doable simple steps first and then Preach  to all the interested Vaidhehaas, to keep their body healthy for Kainkaryams.

We should search for Karma as a cause, only when there is no immediate visible direct cause. If we don’t exercise or have proper food and sleep, that is a direct cause for bad health. Need not search for Karma. Shall address this issue.
