Enjoyment is banned? Born to Suffer?

From Swamy’s pravachanams adiyen understand punyam (virtue) gets deducted when we enjoy. papams (Sins) get deducted when we suffer

Some other faiths have similar notion “Hey sinners keep crying…”

Also we have lot of sanchitham and prarabdham which mostly consist of bad karmas i.e. sins

Are we born to suffer?
