First time.users
1. Accept all permissions in the first run
2. Enable data connection for the app
3. If you get “Please contact support” based error restart your device. This enables the background service to be registered and started when mobile starts.
4. For some reason my existing user account did not work. I created new profile with same EnPaNi app profile it was activated.
5. Download and listen to audio

A word to Dev team:
1. Please link both EnPaNi user profile to Yuva Vikas. Have a column like youth Boolean as yes or no to identify if it’s youth app user or not. We do no want to re-register same profile.

Also start the BG service when app starts. It may be device specific adiyen don’t know.

swami,I downloaded the app .For some reason 001 Enpani for the youth introduction on may 3 and 002-common sense or sense of the common are not downloading.I unstalled the app and did it again still it ‘s downloading. My other Enpani app audios are downloading fine.

sorry I meant its NOT DOWNLOADING. Am I doing anything wrong?
