A candidate was mistakenly recruited. After coming to know the employee does not have basic knowledge towards work & the company decides to fire.
In the process, company decides to select an interviewer to determine employee’s integrity & performance. Interviewer video records & captures red handed the employee is fraudulent.
Rewinding few scenes back, interviewer checked with his close colleague as to how to approach this delicate situation? He got feedback saying “because of you a person need not lose his job be careful”
Interviewer thinks he can retain the employee by teaching him the work so that his family is safeguarded.
The interviewer decides to give benefit of doubt and leaves it to the management to decide by just sharing the video of interview without giving any conclusions.
The employee to safeguard himself starts blaming the interviewer to HR with false allegations.
Here it is needless to say who is the interviewer, who the candidate what org etc.
I need from this Sath Sangam to share what went wrong & where? In future how these can be corrected?
