Namaskaram, swamy.

While explaining about the creation, our scriptures detailed about samasti shrusti and vyashti shrusti. The creation of 5 indriyas of knowledge, 5 indriyas of karma and manas are explained. The science deals with human anatomy (for that matter anatomy of any creature) as various systems depending on the function of that system e.g., digestion system, nervous system, muscular system and so on. It also describes about  the functions of brain. Whether our scriptures explains about creation of various systems of human body and brain?. Is manas has any relationship with brain?.

My query is on the very first creation of different biological systems of human and not on medical treatment or development of fetus (after shrusti). I believe this details may not be available in ayurveda.

Swamy, is your question on description of creation of individual sub systems ? I think living entities are created in whole as a holistic entity so it may not be that separate ausb systems were created separately and assembled together later.
I am not sure if I understood your question correctly.

Gnana indriyams and karma indriyams are part of body which are created during samasti shrusti.

When other other parts of the body are created?.

Are they not considered systems of human anatomy wise as I have indicated for creation?.
