Namaskaram Swamy

If anyone is more spiritually inclined, he/she will earn the reward of atmasakshathkaram which would ultimately give peace of mind, self-satisfaction, shelling out of ego, anger etc. Subsequently the mind and heart are filled with only good thoughts leading to good deeds.

My doubt is narrated below –

If the required peace is there contiously, automatically he/she will have good health, would it not lead to a longer life for any human being in this samsaram. Obviously, this is more pain taking.

Thanks

Sri Mathe Ramanujaya Namah:

I am sure the experts here will answer, i would like to share my thoughts so i will also learn along with you when you get some response.

As far as i understand AthamaSaskshathKaram means “Vision of Self (Athma)” One can attain this stage by performing Karma or Gana Yogam with Vairagyam. Our only purpose is to serve Narayanan and that can only be performed when we were with good health.

Lets consider more years a Seshaboothan lives, by performing Karma or Gana Yoga he will be diluting the effort of Parcheena Karma, more days will help him/her to wipe out their Pracheena Karma in this life itself, along with which if he believes and celebrates Narayanan Avathra Ragasiyangal he will become Prapanan, along with Nithya Nimithiga Karama an Parapanan will wipe of all his Pracheena Karma in same life and for sure will attain Mokcham. More days an Yogi lives he will not think that he is living he thinks body separates from Body and only think about Athma.

Experts please correct me if i misleading.
