If Adiyen understands the ‘context’ of the question as: Why did we get to know Bhagavan to an extent that we find it difficult to neither continue in this world nor ready to let Bhagavan take over us ?
Ignorance is always tied to ‘Tamo’ guna and please refer below slokas:
Bhagavat Gita 18.37 — ஆரம்பத்தில் விஷத்தைப் போன்று இருந்தாலும் இறுதியில் அமிர்தத்தைப் போன்றதும், தன்னுணர்விற்கு ஒருவனை எழுப்புவதுமான சுகம், ஸத்வ குணத்தில் இருப்பதாகக் கூறப்படுகின்றது.
Bhagavat Gita 18.38 — எந்த சுகம், புலன்களும் புலனின்பப் பொருள்களும் தொடர்பு கொள்வதால் அடையப்படுகின்றதோ, ஆரம்பத்தில் அமிர்தம் போன்று தோன்றினாலும் இறுதியில் விஷமாகிவிடுகின்றதோ, அந்த சுகம், ரஜோ குணத்தின் தன்மையைக் கொண்டதாகக் கூறப்படுகின்றது.
Bhagavat Gita 18.39 — தன்னுணர்வைக் காண இயலாத, ஆரம்பம் முதல் இறுதி வரை மயக்கமாக இருக்கின்ற, உறக்கம், சோம்பல், மற்றும் மாயையினால் வருகின்ற சுகம், தமோ குணத்தில் இருப்பதாகக் கூறப்படுகின்றது.
