Swami,

Adiyen has heard in SrivAishnava upanyasam, where the upanyasakar says that Acharyas have recommended every devotees to follow the below “FOUR DAILY ROUTINES” with their on Yatha Shakthi (ones own ability) with BhagavAn’s grace. Most devotees are already following these.

4 Daily routines:

After wake up in the
1) Morning ? (Think about THE GAMBLING ?),

(Think about THE STICK ?),

(Think about THE WOMEN ?),

4) Night ? :
(Think about THE THEFT ?),

then go to sleep?. All these activities makes us Sathvik good person.

But, How to bring AWARENESS ? of these “4 daily routine of Devotees” to others, so they can also follow as much as possible with their Yatha Bhakthi like us ?.

Adiyen Sri Velukkudi Krishna Dasan,

Srimathe Ramanujaya Namaha,

Sri Velukkudi Krishnan Swami Guruve Namaha,

Dear All Bhagavata’s,

Acharya Krupayaal, Sri Velukkudi Krishnan Swami Arulal.

After wake up in the
1) Morning ? (Think about THE GAMBLING ?),

1st routine in morning:

Means, think about Mahabharatam. How soodhu/gambling done by Pandavas was about to be disastrous for Draupathi, but Supreme SriKrishna saved her Maanam/Maryadhai due to her sharanagathy. Acharya’s say that the thought process is Yudhistira (Dharma Putran) who learned Shastras (Do’s & Dont’s) and Dharmam (ethical conduct), still deviated from Shastras/Dharman by creating an Adharman called “Soodhu Dharmam” which is not in BhagavAn’s Dictionary. Bad people like Shakuni/Duryodhan/Karnan are known for their bad behaviour.

So when Shakuni wanted to play an Unlawful gambling,

a) Yudhistira should have denied gambling as it is against Shastras.

b) Yudhistira Had NO RIGHTS to place a CHIT (JEEVATHMA like Draupadhi) as a transaction in the game, when every JeevAthma’s are property of BhagavAn SriKrishna and we are not the owner.

c) secondly, a Sanatana Dharmi is suppose to follow the dharman that BhagavAn has created and follow it as much as possible for BhagavAn’s satification and Repent for things that couldn’t be followed, but Deviation is not an alternative for Repentance. But Yudhishtira a learned Dharmi agreed to the Rules that Shakuni created.

d) First of all Gambling itself is Adharman and further creating & following the rules for the Adharmam Gambling as “Soodhu Sharman” which is the HIGH STAKES LITIGATION that Yudhistira has committed.

So the whole Mahabharatam war was technically NOT a war between Dharmam (Pandavas) and Adharmam (Kauravas). It is actually a war between two Adharmis “Pandavas (pseudo dharmi) and Kauravas (high level adharmi)”. The only reason SriKrishna was on Pandavas side was due to the ONE AND ONLY SHARANAGATHAN DRAUPADI on SriKrishna’s lotus feet, due to which BhagavAn spared only her 5 husband’s life based on her request, but destroyed rest of all the Pandavas team and the entire Kauravas. So the moral is Never create a rule for ourselves and follow it as if it is dharmam, if it against BhagavAn’s Liking (ThiruUllam). This is called “PrathiKoolyasya Varjanam / பிரதிகூலயஸ்ய வர்ஜனம் (Don’t do anything that BhagavAn SriKrishna Don’t like)”.

So Swami gives the solution that :

a) we should say “Sri Hari” 7 times in the morning when we wake up, which means we are praying to BhagavAn throughAcharya ThiruvAdi to forgive our paapams that we already committed unkowngly/knowingly and avoid us from any situations where we may commit paapams.

b) Pray any Naama of BhagavAn “SriKrishna, Govinda etc…

c) Do only “Aanukoolyasya Sankalpam / ஆனுகூல்யஸ்ய ஸங்கல்பம். ( Do ONLY what BhagavAn SriKrishna Likes). So how to decide what BhagavAn likes, since we don’t know every aspect of Shastras. Swami says, the only way is INVOLVE BhagavAn SriKrishna in EVERY ACTION that we DO as ‘KRISHNAM DHARMAM SANATANAM (க்ரிஷ்ணம் தர்மம் ஸனாதனம்)”, so BhagavAn will guide us in correct Dharman path and isolate us from Adharmam path and we don’t make mistake like Yudhistira, where he believed in SHASTRAS, but he Did not involve the CREATOR (BhagavAn) of that very same Shastras in his every action which resulted in Yudhistira’s fall.

So in the morning, think about Mahabharatam and Krishanam Dharman Sanatanam, which makes us Satvik.

*****************************

So here is a movie song in colloquial tamil by SriKrishna sings to all the Adharmis & Pseudo-dharmis of any religion Hinduism ? or Christianity ✝ or Islam ☪ from “Mounam Pesiyade / மௌனம் பேசியதே”  for simple understanding.

But, We BhagavAtas need not worry about it, since BhagavAn SriRama has said ANYONE irrespective of their Matham, Kulam etc… who says “SRIMATE RAMANUJAYA NAMAHA” whole heartedly, then Swami Ramanujar kalyana gunam “Thadutthu Aat Kollum Thanmai / தடுத்து ஆட் கொள்ளும் தன்மை” will prevent us from making any paapams and further Swami’s Kaala-s itself gives us Kainkaryam and Moksham in SAME BIRTH.

Sri Ramanuja Munaye Namaha,

Sri Velukkudi Krishnan Swami Guruve Namaha,

Vande GuruParamparam

Dear All BhagavAtas,

(Think about THE STICK) in the Afternoon:

அடி (ADI) in Sampradhayam means ThiruvADI (Lotus Feet of BhagavAn Sriman NarayanAn and His LIneage Alwars-Acharyas),

We all belong to different Religions/Matham’s or Sampradhayam and in any bodies like Human or Deva bodies like Brahma, Shiva, Indra etc….), but the commonality is we are JeevAthmas (Soul is the closet word in English).

And the True Nature (Swaroopam) of a JeevAthma (Soul) is:

Parathantriyam (means “Inseperable Dependence”, Independently dependant of BhagavAn) &

Sheshatvam (means “Absolute Servitude”),

We (JeevAthmas) are Parathantran & Sheshan to the Supreme BhagavAn Sriman Narayanan who is the ONLY:

Swathantran (Fully Independent) and

Sheshi (Absolute ONE-&-ONLY Master)

References of We JeevAThmas relation to Bhagavan: All the Divya Prabhandhams, Acharya SriSookthigal, Vishnu Sahasaranaamam, Upanishads etc….

Few glimpses:

1) ThiruvaiMozhi 6.10:

Meaning:

2) Raamanuja NoorAndhaadhi Paasuram 1:

Meaning:

A woman who sits in a flower
A man who has the woman fit in his chest who doesn’t get separated from his chest
Paa” the meter of composing tamil paasurams or songs in which the above mentioned man is praised all over
Maaran (Swamy Nammaazhwaar) who dwelves in these verses of Thiruvaaimozhi or entire Divya Prabandham
மாறன் * அடி (Adi) பணிந்து உய்ந்தவன்:- One who gave his entire life to the lotus feet of Maaran (Swamy Nammaazhwaar) and also followed his footsteps in experiencing the Bhagavadh Anubhavam
Scholars who had learnt all 4 Vedaas, shaastras Sruthis failed to realize and understand supreme power took refuge at the feet of Swamy Emperumaanaar
For us to take refuge at the lotus feet of this Iraamaanusan who was praised by all the great scholars of shaastraas
சொல்லுவோம் அவர் நாமங்களே :- Oh our mind..!!, let us recite the great Thirunaam of Emperumaanaar which is the easiest and greatest and the one which can give both Drishta and Adhrishta Phalam and it is the name “Iraamaanusaa”

3) Thirukkolur Ammal Varthaigal (Vaarthai 40):

Adi vAnginEnO kongil pirAttiyaip pOlE

Here, the phrase “adi vAngudhal” refers to requesting and receiving acharya padukas.

Kongu Piratti’s story is found in 6000padi Guru Parampara Prabhavam. Her original

name is Sumathi and she belonged to a town called Kollaikkalam in Kongu desam. One

time there was a great famine in the land. So, she and her husband left their town and

moved to Srirangam. At Srirangam, she heard and saw the greatness of Swami Ramanuja

and the quality of the people who were his disciples. She too desired to become his

devotee and did so. At that time, she received the name Kongu Piratti (or Kongil Piratti)

from Ramanuja.

After some time, the famine lifted from the land and she desired to return to her home

town. At that time, she approached Ramanuja, seeked his blessings and also obtained his

divine padukas for performing thiruvaradhanam.

Several years later, due to the distrubance of the Chola king, Ramanuja had to leave

Srirangam and move to Thirunarayanapuram. On the way, he went through the town

where Kongu Piratti was living. She proved to Ramanuja and his disciples that she had a

connection to Ramanuja’s divine feet by showing them his divine padukas and how she

got them; then she hosted them at her place and made them happy.

Thirukkolur Ammal is asking “Did I have the fortune of receiving acharya padukas like

Kongu Piratti did?”

******************

And so many references for அடி (ADI) in Sampradhayam means ThiruvADI (Lotus Feet of BhagavAn Sriman NarayanAn and His LIneage Alwars-Acharyas),

So THINK/Show Grattitue towards ThiruvAdi of Perumal-Thayar-Alwar-EmperumanAar-Jeeyar-Acharyas

*******************

(Think about THE STICK), which Stick?

தடி Ain Sampradhayam means “Acharya’s ThriDhandam (த்ரிதண்டம் / Three STICKS).

Why Acharyas Carry Three Stciks tied Together, what does it represent?

ThriDhandam (த்ரிதண்டம் / Three STICKS) represents Many Three Things of Shastram, Vedas,Upanishads as below etc………

1) Tatva Thrayam (Three Concepts):

– Achit : Insentient Objects, Jada Porul, COUNTLESS No life objetcs like all teh Prakrithi,

– Chit : Sentient Object , Chaytanya udaya Porul, COUNTLESS All JeevAthmas like Deva bodies like Brahma, Shiva, etc… and Human bodies etc….

– ParamAthma : One & Only Supreme God Sriman NarayanA.

Reference from Upannishadh Vaakyam:

Yasya Athma Shareeram, Atmanaveda;

Yasya Pritvi Shareeram Pritvitnaveda

Means all Athma (Chit) and All Pritivi (Achit) are MY (BhagavAN’s) BODY

2) Padha Trayam (Three Phrases):

Sriman Narayanan’s ThiruManthiram, Dvaya Manthiram & CHarama Slokam.

This is received by Ahcarya Upadesam.

3) Akshara Trayam (Three Letters):

(Aum) is split as “அ” “உ” “ம”

– “அ” represents ParamAthma,

– “ம” represents JeevAthma,

– “உ” represents MahaLAkshmi Thayar and HER ThiruvAdi which is Alwars-Acharyas Lineage who is the bridge between JeevAtma & ParamAthma and does Purushkaaratvam (Recommendation) about us to BhagavAn

4) Mandapa Trayam (Three Temples):

– Bhoga Mandapam : SriRanagam Periya Koil (Perumal always in Sleeping Yoga mood listeinng to Alwars Paasurams and Veda Mnatrams etc….,

– Thyaga Mandapam : Kancheepuram Sri Varadaraja Koil (Perumal always brings up and trains all Vedas/Shastras to Vaidehaas, and finaly sacrifice to SriRanagam perumal, like Swami Ramanujar was given to SriRanagam PErumal, when ARayar Swami receited paasuram infornt of Kanchi Perumal and asked Swami Ramanujar as a token of gift

– Pushpa Madapam : Thirumalai Yezhumalayaan Koil (Perumal always in Alankaaram mood in teh Sanctum plus always singing dancing with Padmavathi Thayar in Swami Thirumalai AnanthAzhvan’s Puhspa Thottam,

5) Prashthaana Trayam (Three Granthams):

Upanishads, Brahma Soothram and BhagavAt Gita.

6) Karma Trayam (Three Karmas):

– Sanchita Karmas : Unlimited bag of ones own karmas (paapa & Punya) stored in BhagavAn’s Heart which cannot be erased until one does Sharanagathy on BhagavAn’s lotus Feet by MInd, or Speech or Physical Action,

– Prarabhta Karma : After Sharanagathy, the Sanchita Karmas are erased by BhagavAn and one is left over with Prarabhta karmas of that Janam only to relinguish.

– Aagaami Karma: The actions that we are about to start inaddtion to the Parrabhta karma. So one should avoid Paapa karmic actions, do only Punya karmic actions, but surrender the results of punya karmas to lotus feet of BhagavAn Sriman NarayanAn as “Sarvam SriKrishnarpanam Asthu”, which ias caledas “kainkarya karma” in samprdhayam.

7) Apachara Trayam (Three Humilitations):

One should AVOID all these Three Apachaarams as it is a ROAD-BLOCK for ones own Peacuful life in this world/samsaram as well as it is hindarence to reach Moksham SriVaikuntam.

– BhagavAt Apacharam: Disrespecting BhagavAn Sriman NarayanAn like Kamsan, Dhuryodhanan etc……who consideres themselves as the Supremem and they are not sub-servient tot eh BhagavAn, but BhagavAn forgives immedialtly when they ask forgiveness on HIS lotus feet, but if they don’t do it,

– BhagavAtA Apacharam: Disrespecting a BhagavAtA (Devotee) of the Supreme BhagavAn Sriman NarayanAn for some reason. If one ask forgiveness to BhagavAN isntead of the Devotee, Forgivess is never granted to them by BhagavAn, rather BhagavAN expects the person to ask forgiveness to the same Devotee who was humiliated. Example: KaakaAsuran Apachaaram to Sita Piratti, and Dhurvaasa Munivar Apachaaram to Ambareeksha King.

Asakya Apacharam: Disrespecting another devotee without any reason, just keep humiliating them for whatever they speak. This is more dangeraous.

8) Ahambhava Trayam (Three Hauteur/Pride):

Gyana Bhalam : Taking pride as most Knowledgable perosn,

Panam Bhalam : Taking pride as most Richest person,

Kula Bhalam : Taking pride as born in a great Social Status/Kulam/Lineage,

Swami KoorathAzhavn was the a Great Acharya who had Gyanam, Kulam, Panam but DIDNOT have any of these three Pride on HIM, SO Swami KoorathAzhavn is “முக்குறும்பு அறுத்தவர்

9) Kula Trayam (Three Kulams):

A Brahman in any Gothram, Kulam becomes a SriVaishnavaite only after Acharya Samasrayanam and follows “Parankusa – Parakala- Yathirajar” as Gothram-Suthram-Charanam. Same applies to all Varnas after Acharya Samasrayanam.

All Varnas are eligible for Acharya Samasrayanam and we all belong to one kulam ‘Prapanna Kulam’ and Kula Deivam is Swami NamAlwar for all Prapannas, which is our ultimate destination.

And So ON….. many many THree THings (Trayams) are there which is being represented in Acharyas ThriDhandam (த்ரிதண்டம் / Three STICKS).

So, Every day Afternoon, (Think about THE STICK), to Show Grattitue towards ThiruvAdi of Perumal-Thayar-Alwar-EmperumanAar-Jeeyar-Acharyas.

But Not limited to thinking only these things in Morning or Afternoon, it can be done by anyone at anytime. The Ahcryas idea here is to present the Daily routines in a streamlined manner.

Remaining about what to think in Evening and Night details, Adiyen will share with Acharya Krupai and Sri VElukkudi Krishnan Swami’s ANugraham later.

Sri Ramanuja Munaye Namaha,

Sri Velukkudi Krishnan Swami Guruve Namaha,

Vande GuruParamparam,

Sarvam Sri Velukkudi Krishnan Swami ThiruvAdiyil Samarpanam.

Actually, adiyen mistyped the 2) as Padha Trayam. It is actually Rahasya Trayam.

2) Rahasya Trayam (Three Phrases):

Sriman Narayanan’s ThiruManthiram, Dvaya Manthiram & CHarama Slokam.

This is received by Ahcarya Upadesam.

10) Padha Trayam (Three Words):

Breakdown of the ThiruMantram 3 words,

Om (?) Namo Narayanaya

Means, I’m Not mine (Namaha), I’m Narayanan’s Property.

11) Thaapa Trayam (Three Sufferings):

AathyaAtmika (ஆத்யாதிமிக) : Suffering due to our self like diseases, old age etc…

AadhiBoudhika (ஆதிபௌதிக) : Suffering due to others activities on us like someone else causing trouble to us,

AadhiDeivika (ஆதிதெய்விக)  : Suffering due to Samasaram like Natural disasters.

(Think about THE STICK ?) to protect us from bad, and to boost us (Athma Ujjivanam) from this Samsaram with Acharyas தடி (Thridhandam) through their அடி (ThiruvAdi/ Lotus feet).
