Srimate Ramanuajaya Namaha!

Dhanyosmi swami, just heard enpani #96.

Swami has described variety of prasadams from sweets, savories , fruits and dryfruits..and swami suggests to start 3 or 4 days before Janmashtami.

One clarification is in the list of fruits and dry fruits swami mentioned Vilamballam, atti palam etc in the list of fruits.. In the other thread in ahara niyamam post i remember seeing this list of fruits..so is the translation of ahara niymam sloka to be done differently?

Namaskaram enpanifan swamy,
Vilamballam should not be taken in night and there is no restriction for atti Palam.

Dhanysomi swami, I rechecked the ahara niyamam posts.. yes it only states.. to avoid vilamballam in night.

It also stated to avoid only ” Country Fig (அத்தி), White Fig (இறலி),”  So the restriction is for country fig alone i think..not for normal fig.. but i am not sure of the difference between these two.
