Swamy, Vishnu purana says that there are totally 16008 wives for bhagavan in Lord Krishna avatar.
But bhagavatha puranam says that there are 16108 wives for bhagavan in Lord Krishna avatar.
Similarly there are also many small Controversies in bhagavatham and Vishnu puranam
Why there is Controversy between puranas?

Both are true as these events happens repeated millions of kalpams , at one instance of kalpam what was recorded in one Purana is true and other instance in another kalpam its
true as well.
For example Sri Dhruva was advised by Sri Narada before tapas
In another purana he was instructed by saptha rishis(not completely sure) before doing tapas in forest, we can even see dhruva Nakshatra surrounded by saptha rishi constellation interesting fact.

Adiyen learn that Radha is nowhere mentioned . Krishna Premi Anna said certain anyonya (intimate) secrets are not revealed.
Also adiyen think the count doesn’t really matter. Considering we all are his wives.
