Just heard enpani 1715. Sharing my understanding based on that to answer the question above.
Swami was explaining that we should do “Krishnaarpanam” of our karma- results of any action – by giving up the 3 thoughts- that I am the doer of the action, this is my action and I am the enjoyer of the result of action.
And the question you have raised above is related to arpanam of “things”, as they already belong to Bhagavan , how can we submit it to Him? If this is the case, if one is doing “karma” using any “thing” with respect to the above definition of giving up the 3 misconceptions then it is arpanam to Krishna , if not it is not.
