Actually to explain it further ,I was meaning how to break the pattern that how our mind reacts to a certain situation and retrain it back in a good or positive way swami.

There are many aspects to this..basically if we are in sattva guna then it will solve the problem. So in the above audio swami highlights the need and ways to achieve it.
Having a very busy regulated daily schedule including our day to day worldly duties and spiritual duties( services) will prevent any chance for mind to misbehave.
Regular hearing of upanyasams in morning and evening at fixed time..sleeping early and rising early..taking sattvic food and only prasadam..
Being in the company of devotees..
All these will help to tame the mind…but yes beyond all these sometimes it will still misbehave and then we have to just humbly fall at the feet of our acharya and Krishna..and admit and pray that we need help then mind will be under control.
