Can women during mensus period have perumal prasadam?

Swamigalukum bagavathalukum adiyen namaskarangal.

We do thiruvaradhanam at home and we submit food cooked at our home to perumal as part of Bhojyasanam. If any woman at home is at her mensus period, can she have the prasadam submitted to god? Or in other words, can they have perumal prasadam?

Kindly clarify.

Thank you.

Srimathe Ramanujaya Namaha,

Namaskaram ntgk BhagavAta,

During those times, husband is suppose to cook food for Perumal or any other household devotee can also cook, like our mother or mother-in-law who are not undergoing those times, else father or father-in-law can cook as well etc… and offer to Perumal and distribute the Prasadham to all members of the family including any women in the family who has restriction on those times. Anyway everyone has to eat something to survive, and getting the Prasadham is Delightful and BhagavAt Preethyartham for Satva Guna improvement and Athma Ujjivanam with Acharya Krupai. The only thing is that, women during those times are not suppose to Cook or be enter the Perumal Sanctum for their own benefit, since they will be tired during those days due to energy loss, and Perumal with HIS Karunai allows the women to take rest on these days, and dumps the extra work like cooking etc..on the lazy husband who has been doing less work on most times when the wife is doing all the work in her normal days.

Srimathe Ramanujaya Namaha,

There is also a conversation between Badri Swami & KongilPiratti Swami related to similar situation but for a different perspective question. It’s helpful.
